Responsibilities and Duties of Arian Machine After-Sales Services
The responsibilities of the after-sales service unit are categorized in the following areas:

Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI)

  1. Conducting inspections

Sending inspection feedback to the manufacturer

  1. Delivery and registration of the machine
  1. Preparing the handover report for the customer

The warranty period for the machine begins on the date of delivery to the customer.

Operator Training

Periodic Inspections

  1. Scheduled maintenance services
  2. Supply of spare parts
  3. Sending analytical reports to the manufacturer

 

Warranty

Review of warranty requests for repairs and parts

  1. Performing initial services
  2. Conducting warranty-period repairs
  3. Supplying parts during the warranty period
  4. Sending and following up defect reports to the manufacturer

Training

  1. Operator training
  2. Printed materials and publications
  3. Preparation of manuals related to machine operation (operation, service & maintenance, repairs, general training such as engine, hydraulics, and electrical systems) and spare parts manuals

Repairs

  1. On-site repairs at the customer’s location (field service)
  2. Repairs at the service unit site (central workshop)
  3. Analysis and pricing of repair labor

Spare Parts

  1. Ordering spare parts based on market analysis
  2. Identifying sources for parts supply
  3. Purchasing spare parts and analyzing/pricing for resale
  4. Storing parts in the warehouse

Selling parts to end users

Product Specification Feedback to the Manufacturer

  1. Recording, collecting, and analyzing feedback

Sending analysis reports to the manufacturer

  1. Warranty and Maintenance Services
  2. On-demand maintenance and service according to customer requests

Standard repair time and service fee

All after-sales services provided by Arian Machine Rahbord are covered by a repair warranty of 6 months or 500 hours (whichever comes first) from the completion of repairs and final delivery.
