Responsibilities and Duties of Arian Machine After-Sales Services
The responsibilities of the after-sales service unit are categorized in the following areas:
Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI)
- Conducting inspections
Sending inspection feedback to the manufacturer
- Delivery and registration of the machine
- Preparing the handover report for the customer
The warranty period for the machine begins on the date of delivery to the customer.
Operator Training
Periodic Inspections
- Scheduled maintenance services
- Supply of spare parts
- Sending analytical reports to the manufacturer
Warranty
Review of warranty requests for repairs and parts
- Performing initial services
- Conducting warranty-period repairs
- Supplying parts during the warranty period
- Sending and following up defect reports to the manufacturer
Training
- Operator training
- Printed materials and publications
- Preparation of manuals related to machine operation (operation, service & maintenance, repairs, general training such as engine, hydraulics, and electrical systems) and spare parts manuals
Repairs
- On-site repairs at the customer’s location (field service)
- Repairs at the service unit site (central workshop)
- Analysis and pricing of repair labor
Spare Parts
- Ordering spare parts based on market analysis
- Identifying sources for parts supply
- Purchasing spare parts and analyzing/pricing for resale
- Storing parts in the warehouse

All after-sales services provided by Arian Machine Rahbord are covered by a repair warranty of 6 months or 500 hours (whichever comes first) from the completion of repairs and final delivery.
